If you wish to have a separate seat for your child, a reservation for the number of seats is required. ・Only the person who made the application is allowed to enter. ・Reselling is prohibited. ■ Regarding Seating ・For plans without accommodation, pre-school children can watch for free on the lap of one adult. If a seat is to be used, a reservation is required for that person. ・The viewing seats are in the front row, but the specific location cannot be specified. Seat numbers will be announced on the day of the event. ・For group reservations of three or more people, seats may not be next to each other. ・Viewing seats are reserved seats. ・For additional viewing notes, please check the official event organizer's website.

■ Regarding Application ・Once the application is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please check the details carefully before applying. ・For accommodation plans, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged starting 20 days before the event. ・The minimum number of participants for accommodation plans is two. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will not be held. ・You are scheduled to take a shared shuttle service to the venue. Please be aware that you may be traveling with people from various countries and cultures. We appreciate your understanding in advance. ・The participation of specific athletes cannot be guaranteed. ・Applications are accepted online only on a first-come, first-served basis. ・Up to six seats can be reserved in a single application. For seven or more seats, multiple applications are required. ・Applications will close once the capacity is reached. ■ Regarding Payment ・Payment is processed immediately after application, and the reservation is confirmed upon completion of payment. ・Only credit card payment is accepted.
