■ About the hospitality package ・There's a possibility that service may be modified by the organizer ・The set includes tickets for the quarterfinals on 12/15 (FRI),
the semifinals on 12/16 (SAT), and the finals on 12/17 (SUN).
There is no setting for just one day. Also, there is no setting on the qualifying day. ・The Hospitality lounge is available for only 12/16(SAT)and 12/17(SUN) ・The players for the Meet & Greet are not be determined yet. It is not possible to specify the players. ・The date for the meet & greet, commemorative photo, etc. will be either December 16th or 17th, and cannot be specified. In addition, the schedule may be changed or canceled due to players' physical condition or other reasons. Please note. ・One room for two people staying. If one person stays, additional fee will be charged. ・Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m. ・There is no pricing for elementary and junior high school students. Same price as adults. ・For preschool children, one child per accompanying adult can enjoy free admission if they sit on the adult's lap. ・If you wish to have a separate seat for a child, a reservation must be made for each individual. ・Only the applicant is allowed to enter. ・Resale is prohibited and we are not responsible for any troubles related to it. ・New packages maybe sale in the future, depending on the sales situation. ・We will not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or reductions in competition events due to weather or other reasons determined by the event organizer.Please note that we will not refund the travel fee. Additionally, we will not be held responsible if all or part of the watching the game is not possible due to flight delays or cancellations.

■ About the seats ・One preschooler can watch the game for free with one adult on their lap. ※If you wish to use a seat, you will need to apply for each person in your party. ・Spectator seats will be in the front row, but you cannot specify the location.Seat numbers etc. will be provided on the day of the event when you receive your ticket. ・If you are making a reservation for a group of more than 3 people,Seats maybe not next to each other. ・VIP seats are reserved seats.
Excite seats allow you to watch the game within a designated area, and are non-reserved seats within the area.

■ Application details ・Applications are only available online and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. ・Please note that we will reserve up to two seats per application.
(To apply for more than 3 seats, please repeat the application procedure at least twice.) ・If we reach the maximum number of participants, we will stop accepting applications at that time. ・Even after the registration period has ended, the tickets may be resold without prior notice if there are cancellations.

■ Payment methods ・Payment will be made immediately after the application is submitted. Reservation will be confirmed when payment is completed. ・Please make payment by credit card.

■ Changes/Cancellations after the reservations ・Once a reservation has been confirmed, changes to participants or modifications to the registered information cannot be accepted. ・No changes, cancellations or refunds are allowed after the reservation is confirmed, except in the case of cancellation of the event.
