They cannot be exercised by those who do not have a ticket or are not attending. ・Some service details may change due to event management. ・The athletes for the meet and greet event are not yet decided and cannot be specified. ・The dates for the meet and greet and commemorative photos cannot be specified. The schedule may be changed or canceled due to athletes' health or other reasons. ・There is no special pricing for elementary and junior high school students; the price is the same as for adults. ・Pre-school children can watch for free on the lap of one adult per adult. If you wish to have a dedicated seat for your child, a reservation for that person is required. ・Only the person who made the application is allowed to enter. ・Reselling is prohibited. We are not responsible for any issues related to reselling. ・New packages may be sold depending on sales status. ・If competition events are changed, canceled, or shortened due to weather, etc., no refunds or travel reimbursements will be made. The same applies to cases where attendance is not possible due to flight delays or cancellations. ・No refunds, cancellations, or seat changes will be made due to changes in competition start times or operational changes requested by the government or local authorities (excluding seat types that prevent viewing).

■ Regarding Seating ・Pre-school children can watch for free on the lap of one adult per adult. If a seat is to be used, a reservation is required for that person. ・The viewing seats are in the front row, but the specific location cannot be specified. Seat numbers will be announced on the day of the event. ・For group reservations of three or more people, seats may not be next to each other. ・The VVIP package includes reserved seats. ・We have reserved sofa seating. Please be aware that if your party has an odd number of people, you may be sharing a sofa with other guests. ・For additional viewing notes, please check the official event organizer's website.

■ Regarding Application ・Once the application is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please check the details carefully before applying. ・The participation of specific athletes cannot be guaranteed. ・Applications are accepted online only on a first-come, first-served basis. ・Up to six seats can be reserved in a single application. For seven or more seats, multiple applications are required. However, for group reservations of four or more, seats may not be next to each other. ・Applications will close once the capacity is reached. Resales may occur due to cancellations. ・Please enter your personal information accurately. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect entries.

■ Regarding Payment ・Payment is processed immediately after application, and the reservation is confirmed upon completion of payment. ・Only credit card payment is accepted.

■ Changes and Cancellations After Confirmation ・No changes to participants or corrections to registration information can be made after the reservation is confirmed. ・If you add a hotel option, a 20% cancellation fee for the hotel will be charged starting 20 days before the event. ・Except for event cancellation, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made after the reservation is confirmed.

■ Other ・A voucher will be sent to you by email.
